Poster submissions are welcome for The Society for Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine Annual Conference 2022, which will be held in Belfast, 23 – 25 March 2022.

What are we looking for?
All posters will be accepted provided that they meet the standard conditions and instructions set out below. An email will be sent to the presenting author in March 2022 to confirm acceptance into the programme. Conference posters at SVEPM allow a wide range of material to be presented during the conference, without reducing the time allocated to each of the formal papers. A high standard of presentation is expected for poster displays.
Prizes
A cash prize of £100 will be awarded to the three best posters as elected by the judging panel.
Submission Process
The poster submission process for SVEPM 2022 will be through an online submission portal. During the registration process you will be asked to indicate whether you wish to submit a poster. Once you have registered and paid in full, you will receive a confirmation email. The link to submit your poster will be in the confirmation email. The deadline to register to indicate whether you wish to submit a poster is 21 February 2022. The deadline for poster submission is 1 March 2022.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
- The Presenting Author must submit the poster and is required to be the corresponding author for that poster.
- Only one poster submission is permitted per presenting author. However, you may be listed as a co-author on other poster submissions.
- Posters must be submitted in English.
